Breakfast like a champion


Breakfast is the most important meal of the day in that it sets up your eating habits. Skip breakfast and you'll find yourself snacking all day. Eat a sweet breakfast and you'll be craving sugary treats later on. Eating a wholesome breakfast kick starts your metabolism and feeds your body the necessary vitamins and minerals it needs to function at an optimum level. Here are some of my easy go-to breakfast choices to help kick start your day:

-Boiled eggs on buckwheat toast with smashed avocado

-Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and spinach

-Chia seed pudding with almond milk, berries and seeds

-Soaked oats with linseed & tbsp of coconut yoghurt

-3 ingredient pancakes with 3 eggs, 1 mashed banana and 1 tbsp almond meal. Mix & fry!

-Green smoothie with protein/berries/almond milk/spinach
